girls w/ muscles

Yeah I didnt like the early mornings myself.
I took corses in Hs and then I had to start all over again in college it sucks. But I love it. I have no clue why I am so interested in it but I am :)

This is my cousin: http://www.muscletech.com/PROFILES/MELISSA_HALL/Melissa_Hall.shtm

She was Miss Minnesota (Miss USA pageant) previously & now she won Mrs. Minnesota (5th headline on the right): http://www.muscletech.com/HOT_NEWS/MAIN/MuscleTech_News.shtml

Her husband is a big fitness buff too & she is way more into fitness & nutrition than me (even with my recent change about a year ago). However, I posted this because I think she is a good example of a "girl with muscles" who hasn't overdone it. (2thumbs)

she looked better IMO back in her fitness days but to each their own

Chyna tried to go back to the hottie look after years of looking like a man, still looking like puke (blarf)

Dena is a great girl. She works really hard to keep competing at that level. She is the current Jr. Miss USA. As far as roids she's completely natural...comes with the chiropractic philosophy which she believes in very much. I'm telling you she works very hard and a great person. I think she's hot when her hair is in ponytails and she wears a little skirt with stockings...(eek2)

I like buff chix. toned shoulders and arms..yumm!! I like the swimmer's shoulders look...wider shoulders, narrow waist

Oh, the naive....

It's very obvious she works extremely hard to get the body she has. That's one of the misconceptions of steroids, that it's easy muscles. It's the opposite. They allow you to work harder, to get bigger.

As far as being natual...no. Being natual only means if she was tested, she wouldn't pop positive. There's ways around all of that. I know from personal experience. I was in the bodybuilding scene for many many years and there are no such things as "clean" professional bodybuilders.

Now, this is not to take anything away from your friend, but lets be realistic folks.

I lift weights when I can get to the gym. Thankfully I have a small gym at work where I can use it any time day or night. No waiting in line or people staring at you. Lots of free weights, medicene balls, dumb bells, stair climber and two treadmills. About 2 years ago I used to bench 135-140. Curl 40 and squat 175-200. Now... don't even ask me... I've been so busy at work and enjoying my days off that I'm getting lazy. I was never real big...but I had like 2% body fat and was like a brick house. lol HOWEVER, when you stop lifting, the muscle gets soft and looks like fat. So I started looking a little big around my arms and thighs. That's the only thing about weight lifting, once you start you need to keep going or you will lose mass. :( I only go about twice a week compared to the 4 times I used to go. I don't use creatine and ripped fuel anymore though.

i just started taking creatine (with l-glutamine and thuarine or something in it), hopefully it'll do something. i tried cell-tech before and it didn't really do anything for me

Creatine made me sick when I first started taking it. I took a few other supplements and booster shakes too. I went from 113 to 121 in about 3 months. I was a regular customer at GNC, spending about $70 or so monthly. There are guys here that curl 55 or more like it's no big thing. Now I only do about 15-20 pnd curls. I lay off the benching and butterfly's since they aggrevate my dislocated shoulder. It's gotten progressively worse over the years which sux, but oh well. When I do stretches before my exercise it helps a little. I've laid off alot on the heavier weights for now. I'm just starting back up after a long period of inactivity.

the only time i have gained weight when lifting was when i took weight gainer like a year and a half ago. it was absolutely terrible, i had to take so much of it, but i gained 10 pounds in like a month and have pretty much kept it on. i spend ~$60/month at gnc, a nice 4lb tub of nitro-tech and sometimes bars/other stuff, this month was creatine pills. i see guys curling 55lb and up dumbells all the time, usually they have terrible form and get their whole shoulder/back into it. i like to concentrate on form more, keeping my elbow in one place and just working my bicep. next arm day though i think i'm gonna go heavy and not worry about form as much (still a stickler for form though) and show those big boys what's up :D . i haven't done arms in like a week and a half though cause i hurt my tricep. tomorrow though i think im gonna give it a try

i so wish i could get some of my female friends to take supplements, they're all scared though

don't try to showoff and lift too much weight with bad form.

lift with less weight but with proper form is MUCH more effective in getting results.

I've pulled a calf muscle, hamstring and injured my wrist working out before. Too much weight after I hit a plateau. My trainer was pushing me.. hard. And finally one day my wrist snapped while doing forcep curls and it didn't heal for a few weeks. Its still not quite right. But I've learned my lesson after that. Now those days that I feel like pushing myself, I take a breath and say, save it for another day. I'm still trying to get back to my "former self". Matter of fact, pics from that day I showed at the Southern Import Showdown with my car and the ones from HIN show a difference. It's been a few months since I've started working out again, but it's been worth it. Not really on a routine at this point, but I try to do legs and lower extremeties two days a week, and arms, chest and shoulders on another day. Some days I do everything at once, but with lower reps so I don't burn out. Matter of fact, I'm going to get my clothes from my car and work out here in a few before I decide to just go home, jump on the couch and play my PS2. lol
