Well per rules i had one of these made for myself and there seems to be an interest in them. The price is right and it is pictured in the thread i will attach. If there is enough interest, he has agree to make a run of them for us. Pleae post if interestd.

The inlet will be bead rolled on each end and is made of 2.5" polished aluminum. It will include everything needed for install.

If the price is right I'm interested in one. Kind of interested in the silicon ones too, wonder how they will differ in performance.

Even if its sub $200, you will get a lot of intrest. Can you send me a PM or e-mail if it is not to be discussed out in the open

looks good, but have you noticed whether it absorbs heat or gets hot? I thought aluminum would get heat soaked quicker then a silicone inlet

Well with mine i have noticed the temperature has been fine after some hard driving. The inlet air will cool the auminum very fast even if it does get hot. Alumunium transfers heat very well. As well as it cool just as fast. Silicone i have no experience with so i cannot speak to its heat transfer abilitys.

This is looking serious, you might have a few customers here. Remember, you need Approved Vendor status to do business on the form. Good luck!

Silicone doesn't transfer heat it resists it.
