GI: Replacement exhaust manifold

I finally looked on your side, im excite! lol Once I get more money I will buy your exhaust mani with just the o2 on cause I could care less about the EGR,

And cant wait for your intake mani :P Hit me up if you want a test fit ;) haha

Yeah, I'm not used to welding anything as thick as the schedule 10, and I've wanted to make sure i get full penetration because the biggest reason people are buying is that their stock manifold cracked. These should be stout.

I hope so. He made it sound like he would be starting mine at the beginning of the week.

yeah, mine would be shipped out wed. if that is the case, which would be awesome so I could get it in after the weekend. or maybe before depending on when I actually got it. not looking forward to getting that tiny oil line (I think the feed line on top) that bolt always slips for me the few times I have tried to take it off on this car, and the one time I had to take it when taking apart my old totaled msp, and is not very solid, but we will see how it goes lol

Unfortunately I'm not going to be getting your mani shipped on Wednesday, my flange supplier shot me in the foot and I still don't have head flanges. I'll still be getting all orders out over the next week, but this has definitely set me back. I'm working on getting a cnc plasma setup for the garage so I don't have to depend on others to fill orders. The CNC setup should be ready to go by the end of the month, so it doesn't help you guys, but it will make my life a lot simpler. Right now I spend almost as much time chasing parts, making calls, and dealing with email as I do welding. I need to get away from the computer some so that I can finish all my orders and then get to work on the intake manifolds. Summer is rushing by and I'm weeks behind where I hoped to be...

ok that's fine, nothing you can really do about other people being slow and not getting parts to you that you need. Completely understandable. Thank you for the update. Keep us posted as to when you get those flanges in and will be able to start on the manifolds.

Thanks!

Tom, if it helps at all you can skip my manifold and place it on hold until things get less crazy for you. As I stated previously, I'm not in a hurry whatsoever so take your sweet time..

Yours is already done, look for it in a couple days.

Holy thread jack Batman!

My thoughts exactly. Looks good, but I don't think there would be any way to fit EGR without running a flexible HD gas line. Plus thats an awful lot of bends - one of the biggest things I wanted to avoid. Any two of those runners have as many bends as my whole manifold.
