Is there an interest for a new full DP? I just found a local fabricator that is more than capable of producing some badass products. Pictures are posted below of some of their pieces. If there is an interest I would have to bring my car down to them for test fitting, so let me know if you're interested by posting in this thread.

Basically I want to gauge interest here to see if I can't get them to make a few of these for a group buy, or better yet get them into full production. Those pictures are just examples of their work. 3" is the goal though.

at 3" i'd be interested... again would have to see how they plan on doing it... if it'll be split like the GHL and Ion or straight through like the Corksport...

I might see if they can't do something like the V-Band assembly on the DP pictured above...that way it's basically like a quick-release for your DP. I'm just not sure that there's enough room in the engine bay to allow for it.

^^^ would be so awesome. the dp right now is such an pain to get off, basically have to take off the mani and turbo jus to do so.

Right, that's what I mean...I hope these guys can come through with a new DP...hopefully it will be on the cheap too.

I have not made these arrangements yet. I am trying to get an interest thread going first so I can show them that there is a demand for these. Also, I would like to hear any suggestions or requests.

3" downpipe is a tight fit, I'm just now realizing how tight it is. With my 2.5 dp I'm almost rubbing the A/C compresor. I'm going to make my own and am eliminating the A/C compresor to make the space, I had a leak from when I replaced the clutch and never fixed it so I figured it wasn't to big of a loss.

After looking at the space restriction over the weekend, I think it's safe to say that orng1 is more than correct by saying it's a tight fit. I think if it is made, that we will HAVE to have a separate pipe for the wastegate then down to a 3" mating to the midpipe. I am in correspondence with them right now. Hopefully overall price is less than GHL.

Works Great for ME

what is it going to made of? stainless or aluminized? will it bolt to the stock location? or would the exhaust have to be cut and a new flange welded on
edit. tell them to hurry up too.
