I hate them... never had this hard of a time with hubs in my life, even the rusted on 55 hubs were easy to get off compared to this.

yea i did an engine swap for someone and i had an awfull time with them too. That and the Ball Joint boots. Totally ripped them up trying to get the arms out of the hubs. Prolly me doing it wrong, that fork just ripped em to bits

You shoulda used these guns (Flex's arms)

yeah, tried that... somehow a 160 hp, 145 ft/lb engine torqued it more than my 155 lbs (at the time) could untorque it... until gravity lended a helping hand.

Put bb on... back car up... nut comes right off.

if the car isn't running, this is significantly harder to do... not to mention not the safest of practices...

True it's not the safest... it works though... So does wedging a bb on the crank pully nut and bumping the starter.

(i assume no responsibility for anyone attempting any of these techniques)
