Well im not a company, Im not looking to make money on it either, whatever it cost me it, thats what it would cost you. Its definately going to be stainless. i cant offer you guys a warranty other than manufacture defect. So stainless is best. it wont rust and last as long as the car. I can ask them for prices on lesser matierals also, but i wont honor any rusting issues. Im just doin this as a favor. It will be mandrel bent either way.
Now for flanges.... theres 2 types. theres one thats completely open and theres one that is kinda like what ion uses.
flange 2:
this one would be the easiest i think, we can just cut out the wg hole and run a 2nd pipe and merge it into one (similar to ion). This way we can divorce the 2 flows. (ill look into adding a wall between the 2). Or the other flange which is really open and would mix the 2 flows right away. I vote for the 2nd flange. Any thoughts?
