GI light weight pulleys

This is just a GI to see if you Mazda 3, 6 and MazdaSpeed guys are interested in billet aluminum light weight pulleys. I am making them for the Protege and am looking to expand. You can see my work in this thread.

UPDATE
Update for you Mazda6 V6 guys/gals. The ALT will be the first to come out followed by the water pump pulley. As it stands the ALT pulley will be $75shipped. Following the ALT pulleys completion will be the water pump pulley. All the pulleys I make are STOCK size and just light weight. They will be made with the same quality that my current Protege pulleys are made. CNC billet 6061 aluminum and anodized hard silver. The pictures posted below are our Protege Light weight pulleys.


So right now Mazda6 V6 ALT pulleys are a go!

Just so you know, I wouldn't mess with the crank pulley on the 2.3 motor. You can cause severe damage to the motor if it is installed wrong. Also, I'm pretty sure the crank pulley balances the motor. I know of a few 2.3 Focus people that have destroyed their crank/bearings/motor from taking the stock pulley off (throws off motor balance). I would love to see a set of Speed 6 accessory pulleys that are slightly under driven. I would buy it.

That would be best for the 6i/Speed 6 crowd. If you do the accessories I would, just to hammer the point home, offer a slight under drive. The effects of lighter accessory pullys are far less than the lighter crank pulley so under driving them should regain that difference.

So the accessory pulleys need to be slightly larger than normal to create the underdrive. How much room is there to make the pulleys larger?

The pulleys will not be underdriven. They will remin stock size, but be light weight.
