i take the gear selector as long as the manual mode works, along with the side markers both on front fender and bumper. if you are willing to let them go.
The more I read about how this car is put together, the more I think it *is* repairable, and for less than the local body shops are saying. I'll have more info in the next couple days after I talk to the insurance company. Thanks for all the interest so far.
It looks repairable, but if you decide to part out, I need that lower grille and your rear seatbelt assemblies with all of the hardware. I'll also be willing to a hatch cover if you have one...and I dont mind the drive, you're not far from some family I have.
Insurance company is going to total it out (damage value @ 75% = total in NC), which will leave me with a bit over a grand leftover if I repair it. Their estimate doesn't account for me finding used parts from forum members Probably not going to part it out at this point, but I'm still looking for the rest of the repair parts.
