I have a novel idea, why don't we teach people the AMERICAN language then we wouldn't have to guess what these uneducated, lazy idiots are trying to say. Piano is a musical instrument. Deuce Deuce...Twenty Two, is one more syllable that difficult or time consuming to pronounce? Bling Bling...funny, I have never heard light makng any noise, whats wrong with shiny or flashy?

then we can get all the same hair cut, wear all the same close, eat all the same food...

as a matter of fact get rid of individuality all together-from the way we talk to the way we look to the way we think.

i mean Hitler tried that, and im pretty sure what he wanted sounded exactly the way you wrote that when he first explained himself(uhm)

just how i see it, fashizzle

Oh yeah, because urban African-Americans (who I am assuming you are refering to when you say "uneducated, lazy idiots") are the first group of people to develop their own slang.

Ever hear anyone say "He's a real hip-cat daddy-o" Depending on your age, probably not. That was a common way to say "He's a cool dude" in the late 50's and early 60's. The same way my father used to talk. (Who said I sounded uneducated when I said "aight") I'm sure his father probably said the same kind of closed-minded s*** to him when he said "groovy"

Face it, you can teach proper Western-English all you want. Hell, you can teach the Queen's English and groups of sub-cultures will always continue to develop new slang words.

This is nothing new, I doubt most of us could even understand English in it's original form. All languages change due to growth based upon spreading throughout cultures and sub-cultures, many times due to the adoption of slang as common terms. Thus the reason Latin is used for scientific terms. It's dead.

On a personal note. I do not in any way appreciate your insinuation that urban African-Americans (those who have developed these slang words) are "uneducated, lazy idiots"
