Getting a P5 this week - Which color should I get???

Midnight Blue!!!!!! Stylish, classic and understated cool. Wash it and wax it and damn it looks good

Yellow would be my second choice, it looks great on our cars. Laser Blue looks too much like a WRX color and now the dumb PT Cruiser. Trendy, Trendy, Trendy

Personally (no offense to Silver folks) I like Silver least of all P5 colors

...and I couldn't agree more TexP5, Midnight Blue whispers "class" .
It's a great color that looks good from all angles, and it's nice how different weather condition give it a different look. I love my Midnight P5 !

I own a 2003 Protege5 in Midnight Blue as well as my Black 2002.5. I like them both a lot. If you don't want the upkeep get the midnight blue.

I also own a black Subaru GT wagon.
Man does that need a lot of elbow grease to keep clean!!!

For easy appearance maintenance nothing beats a silver car....especially up here in the great white north. Winter grime is brutal !!!

I like Laser blue or silver. Looks like yellow is not a choice, but the price is right! (I paid $750 over for my loaded yellow P5) My brother in law has a midnight blue one and I don't really like it. Silver really shows off the lines of the car, and laser is nice and bright, but I have always liked bright cars.

As for which will look good with a tint, I think silver, then laser. Dark blue cars don't look right tinted IMHO.

You need to decide whats best for you.

I'm partial to bright cars. I have a 2003 Laser Blue Pro 5, lime green Ninja, candy apple red 66 Mustang and I'm building a custom cruiser (motorcycle) and have a bright purple as part of the main paint scheme.

The black P5 looks intimidating.
The yellow looks hot
The dark mica blue looks elegant
The white has potential for graphics.
The red looks good as well
The silver looks good if modified.

There is a stock one in town without tint and is driven by a FOP (Freakin Old Person) it looks plain.

My Laser Blue has 32% on the front doors, 5% down the sides and 15% on the hatch. Everybody comments on how good the tint looks.

It's your choice.

rednecks_r_us (Bill) - Do you have any photos of your P5? I was considering getting 35% tint all around, except the windshield. But I would like to see what a two tone tint job looks like so if you have any photos of your P5 then let me know where I can see them.

See I WOULD say Lazer blue...all the way, but the less of them on the road the better! I like being unique. So go with SILVER, BLACK, or MIDNIGHT BLUE *tsk tsk*

Oh and for the record our blue is BETTER than Subaru's. It has more "mica" or metalic flake in it. Gives it more of a glow.
