General Tire states them as All season tires. Tire Rack has them as a Summer tire.
Does anyone have any experience on their All Season capabilities? Looking for an all season tire...thanks...

yes, i've looked at the falken 912's and I actually have a set on my b13 SE-R and had a set on my G20. Excellent tire, no problems to report with those at all, just wanted to try some different, something a little more "performance" oriented yet has a little all season capability....the 912's seem to be more of a UHP "touring" tire, IMO and for the price you cannot beat...just wanted some feedback on the Generals all season capabilities considering Tire Rack has labeled them as summer tires....
either the oem size of 215/45/18 or up size to 225/45/18.
Yeah not alot of All-Season choices in those sizes. I still say the Falken is the best choice, second I like the Goodyear Eagle GT.
no one has any experience with these in the winter (freezing temps/snow/slush)?
The TireRack said:While meeting minimum tread design standards to be "M+S" branded, the Exclaim UHP is designed to provide high levels of traction, response and control in dry conditions, along with superior hydroplaning resistance in wet conditions. We do not suggest Exclaim UHP tires be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.
This explains things rather succinctly, if you ask me (from www.tirerack.com):
I find TireRack's recommendations to be rather reliable, all-in-all...

That could be said for any UHP All-Season tire though.
