Okay, for those who have already or will be receiveing thier tranny mounts.

The base plate of the mount will seem "bent or wrapped" when you take it out the box.

PLEASE DO NOT attempt you bend it straight!!!!!

The 4 mounting holes on the transmission do not meet up on the same level plane. 2 of the bolts are on a equal level plane, then other 2 are on their our separate plane. So Medieval has contoured the base plate to make clearance to meet all the plane heights for all 4 of the bolts.

I have attached pics to show you guys how the base plate has been contoured.

On a side note, I have been hearing some of you have been needing some washers, because one of the base plate bolts is too long. This was Medieval's error,when they shipped me out my shipment of Tranny mounts, they forgot to include that one shorter bolt for the base plate.

So they would like to make up for this, and send out the correct length bolt to those who haven't installed their mounts yet. Just PM me your address once you receive your mount. Or you can just a couple of washers if you rather not wait for a bolt to come in the mail.

could definately use the bolts since you directed me here but the real problem is not just the bolts it's fitment its like the top plat isn't bent or contoured enough therefore not allowing the the pieces to align properly. I do have pics I'll try and get them up tonight so you can see what I mean.

Dude I know thats why when I couldn't get it to fit right i took it off and went back to stock until this can be worked out. when I look at the pics it looks like the right upright was welded on too far out and at the wrong angle cuz the other side is fine. But darkstar these are the pics so where do we go from here. You guys yourselves don't actually test any of these product correct? You just relay info from medieval? Cuz if the whole batch you are having shipped out fits like mine you might have some unhappy customers.

i'm so glad i waited for initial impressions...or else i would be screwed with mis aligned mount

I will contact Medieval about this tonight, and so I can see what i can do about this.

Just got off th horn wth medieval. They saw the pics, and notice that your lower bracket needs to be replace.

Is this problem just w Mykel's mount or is this something with the whole batch? I kinda would like to know before I go trying to replace my mount, and I'm sure the rest of us would like to know also before they start the installs.

im sure you could test fit it when you get it out of the box before its on the car, bolt the two pieces together and see if they line up, wont even need to pop the hood.
