Will we get bolts too? Or do we have to use our factory ones? And will factory oilpan gasket fit? Ill probabley be replacing mine

No New Bolts with the pan...
Go to any fastener store and buy new similar bolts.
remember that there are two that are shorter than the others.. (If Memory Serves)

Correct. The two nearest the transmission are much shorter.
