Gauges. Which one should I get?

I currently got the stock gauge with no rpm and want one that gives me that. Do you guys know of any good gauge face that gives an awesome sporty look to the interior of the car? Do you know a good web cite to buy them, were it comes with all needed parts to install it.

. I like the white face but theirs an option for blue or red text in wich im split between. Wich color makes it easier to read?

Either red or blue is easier to read.
In aviation they recommend red,but i swapped everything from green to red in my car cause i like the look.
