There's isnt really anything else done to the interior other that what you see in the pic. Any other pic of the interior is just going to look like a stock car lol. What pics do you want?

my ever played out picture that has circulated throughout many threads... 3 guage pod on the a-pillar, $130 shipped with the guages on ebay, direct fit and works fine for me ;)

anyone have pictures of the 3gauge pod that goes above the middle vents. particularly the autoexe one.

I like the pillar gauges, always have. Uhateit did you spray paint the other pillar on the other side to make it match? On the other thread about the guy that is selling one of these you said it doesn't clip in like the stock piece? It doesn't come off or move around over time? I'll probably get one over time but not right now. I think it looks clean

I was going to buy spray paint but sid **** it. So the passanger side is gray and this one is gloss black the color it came in. Since no one ever looks at both at the same time I didnt care to bother painting it. ALSO when you look inside the front window, the angle that the passanger side is you cannot even see that pillar, but the driver side you can see the pod sticking out, so NO ONE from the outside looking at it could see they are different in color.

As far as mounting it fits fine, just remove the stock pillar. He is correct the stock pillar has clips on the inside to keep it in place but this aftermarket pillar does not, however it actualy lodges itselt in there very well between the dash and the curve at the top of the headliner where the od meets it and it it lodged in there and doesnt move at all.

Looks great to me. And its damn good to have a boost/vac guage on this car for monitoring, and making sure your bov/bpv is holding and not leaking and that its adjusted right, since i know you were thinking of upgrading your bov/bpv as well.

I would recommend the pod, it was $130 shipped from glowshift on ebay, and you pick any 3 gauges you want, they have like 8 to choose from. Chose Boost/Vac for obvious resons and same with the A/F guage thats also good to have, but went with the volt gauge since its an easy hoopkup and I have a stereo in the car so I dont want the battery to die down, ive done it before on other cars

Thats not bad. Yeah, I'll probably purchase one in the future when I start getting more mods. Thanks for all the info though

how is the pillar gauge with the side air bags though? lol

the airbag is up in the carpeted portion of the headliner not the actual pillar portion. Even if you had your SROCK pillar it would have the same effect

or would the steering wheel stop that?
that sounds about right.

So the stock pillar is also plastic and if any pillars wopuild fly out at people cars wouldnt have pillar plastic parts.

The airbag is under the headliner portion right above the door as opposed to directly on the pillar itself. You'll see if you pop your pillar off its not behind it

I'm pretty sure the airbag is behind the upper portion of the plastic A-pillar cover because I popped half of it off to install my Mearcat pod to get room to run wires and I could see the bag folded up. It is supposed to blow across the window, so the pillar cover will probably fold out toward the windshield.
