Gauge Cluster Issue

Having problems blowing fuses. Lose all power to the instrument panel and it knocks out my turn signals. Anyone run into this issue or know where I should look for a grounded wire etc?

Checked wiring diagram and couldn't make any sense of it.

i had the same issue when i changed my intake manifold... for me it (for some reason) it was a metal bracket i didnt tighten down properly... on the drivers side by the valve cover...
