Gasket replacements for the front catalytic converter on a '03 P5?

I need the smaller and the larger gaskets on the catalytic converter on a 2003 P5. Anyone know a place online I can get those both for less that $40 shipped? The dealer quoted me $26 for the larger one, and $13 for the smaller one.

Ok, so for $30 or so shipped, does anyone know a good place online where I can get these gaskets? If you're just bored, feel like being a smarta$$, or just don't know, please don't reply.
