premium only! too bad we only get 91 octane here... which is $2.95/gallon this morning at Chevron!
 
I run premium always in my MSP. I just found out recently that my wife runs regular in her New Beetle (1.8T), and she's at about 75k miles with no engine problems. But her manual says it's OK.

Yep from soy beans. There's also a guy who runs an old bronco on used oil from McDonalds, people say it smells like fries when he drives by.

"Trucks" had an episode where Stacy showed how to make it and plugged some company that makes a kit. BUT, that will do us no good as we don't run on diesel anyways.
My question is, why have we not, or is it even possible, to have 'man-made' gasoline? Either a replacement for what we currently use or even just a method of diluting the current supply?
