Now, looking at the blue line, from left to right: you get more than 40 miles per gallon at 50 miles an hour speed. As you move to the right, to 75 miles an hour speed, the blue line intersects the 30 miles per gallon line which means that the fuel economy gets worse the faster you go.View attachment 331645
Am I reading it wrong, or this illustration suggests that a car reaches EPA mpg at speeds 75-80mph?
