Brought my car in for service to the Mazda dealership. Agreed to a Full circle inspection. Explained all the problems. My main concern, 1:Gas not pumping into car properly, 2: right headlight keep going out, 3: check engine light just came on & 4: inspection due. After waiting a few days for an answer...and asking for a reduction in price, over $700 paid. The same night..same problem.. gas tank popping when pumping in the gas..i was livid! Now they magically found a "new" problem..i need a whole gas tank sending unit which cost ove $2,100...wtf?? I wasn't born yesterday..BBB here i come!

I would guess so too!!
As for the car not taking fuel: Is it possible it was in an accident and that the RR quarter panel was involved? There is an overflow/vent tube that allows air in the tank to escape (and be recycled into the tank) as fuel is being pumped in. If that is restricted, crushed or kinked that could be causing that problem.
The RS headlight: Are they HID's? HID's are very sensitive to voltage drops. If there is too much resistance in the system they will simply refuse to start.
If you have halogen bulbs, I would look for a bad ground, or again corrosion on the connectors. If the voltage drops due to resistance, the system will take more current to compensate. This could be the cause of bulbs that burn out prematurely.
Te CEL: Many, almost anything the ECU thinks is wrong can cause the CEL to pop on. Could be a bad fuerl cap? Could be that vent tube I mentioned? Could be a dirty or bad MAF sensor? In short, it could be a lot of things. The code read can point you in the right direction, but is rarely ever clear on its own. They need to be interperated correctly in order to fix the problem in a timely, and costly manner. Did the dealer tell you what code(s) they found? OBDII codes are standardized, so if you can get that they can be looked up online to find a direction.
A lot of this post is guess work, I like to say 'guess work from afar,' but I hope it helps you find a direction to go in, at least.
