Gas pedal help

This started last night. My gas pedal is getting stuck halfway through when I push down on it. Can be regular driving or driving hard, all I have to do is push down a little harder and it goes down to the floor like before. Even when the car is off it does this, I went under the dash and didn't see it getting caught on anything, anyone know what this could be?

check the throttle cable in the engine bay

i've made my throttle cable slip off the circular lever on the Throttle body before, and it acted just a tad bit strange. perhaps your did this.
