I was looking in my engine compartment and for whatever reason I popped the cover off the top of the regulator to find the adjustment screw just sitting on top, this is on my factory regulator , any idea how this would happen ? Could this cause issues like this ? Should it be fully tight ? Any help would be great , thnx

that screw wasnt screwed in and not sure if that could be causing any issues? The scre was completely backed out laying on top of it , any ideas ? Should it be completely tight or adjusted a certain way ?

It's the FPR diaphragm or something, that is very common I see it all the time my car was the same way. Just screw it back in not too tight but snug so it won't back out again.
