Fuel Induction Cleaning needed? No check engine light?

Some people in this forum mentioned that they did Fuel Induction Cleaning,
Dealer is asking $500.

My car drives fine at 110k. I just got the new spark plugs as per OEM spec. Paid $70

So wondering if I need to spend that kind of money? I have cleaned throttle body on my Integra. I could do it on this car too. Use CRC and spray?

Car is also due for oil change. So wondering if I should clean the throttle body (does it even need it) before changing the oil and sparks?

Are you talking about fuel injection cleaning?

Try a complete fuel system cleaner. any will do.
