Fuel Cut Defender

Has anyone tried the fuel cut defenders on their MSP? Is this reliable and a safe way to go about getting rid of fuel cuts?
 
I don't have one but I've heard it fixes the issue. You should look into an AFC if you're doing performance enhancements though.
