fuel cut/boost cut

its not when power falls at 5700 it stops making power ever since i put the intake on most say it is a fuel cut or a boost cut what ever it is once it hits 15 or whatever the boost is at it cuts out stops making power completly
 
when i say it falls on its face at 5000 it doesnt just loose power it doesnt it doesnt go anymore after that it drops boost completly and in other gears ill floor it and it will cut out bad at even low rpms. so i got the atp boost cut defender so hopefully it fixes it

hmm. well at 5700 it does lose boost completely. idk man. i can't really fully understand what you're talking about. look at a stock dyno graph and see if that helps you understand what's going on.
 
pretty much goes into limp mode when boost is to high wont make power in a certain gear after a certain rpm it just varies from what gear i am in and this is only at full throttle
 
Are you sure you don't have a problem with the car...? (huh)
Are you having fuel issues? You might be a candidate for the fuel pump TSB!!
 
do you have the ATP 3 inch MAF along with your ATP intake and inlet ? If yes, that is your problem.
 
ya i have the atp sri with the atp 3 inch inlet extension i had the atp 3 inch extension on first with no problems then i got the sri it came with the maf housing and the elbow and the filter once i put that on i ran into the problem of boost cut. so i ordered the atp boost cut defender so hopefully it will help my problem
