FS: Very Rare 2002 Protege ES GT

The girlfriend went and bought herself a new Highlander, so that means she is selling her Protege. Its a very rare 2002 ES GT. What makes it rare is the interior. Its the same as the MP3. Only a few were made this way.

Silver in Color
5spd
4 wheel discs
sunroof
sport supension
Two sets of Tire (summer and winter)
Alloy wheels
93k km

Car has never been in serious accident. Bumper tapped in October $800(CDN) damage. Basically they repainted the bumper, no structural damage.

I had a freakin' GEO Metro and they only made 3 thousand of them (it was a red convertable) but that does not mean it was worth that much. Do you have an actual number from mazda as to how many of those "rare" Proteges there are?

Less than 5 made. Its the interior thats different. Look close

I just tried to take a pic of the manufacturer vehicle build sticker, but its to dark out and the flash washes it out. I will try again tommorow. But it clearly states "Special Edition"

Like I said earlier, around here the regular GT's go for $13 000 or more, try auto trader.ca and look in Alberta. As for the GTR, thats because of the badge mazda put on the back of the car. The number 5 came from the local mazda dealer when I questioned them. Two of the 5 I know about are sedans, I would assume that makes the rest protege 5's. I have only seen one other in person and it was a purple/blue protege 5.

Please my intent here is not to defend my girlfriends car, that she is selling, it was to offer it for sale, locally in the alberta section. If you are interested in buying it, please let me know, or make a serious offer. If you are not interested, and or not informed of canadian models, please do not post your speculations about weather or not this car exists. I have provided photos of it, that should be proof enough.

Take a close look at the seats of the car for sale

Notice how there are no silver inserts?
