I had the exhaust on my car prior to purchasing the CP-E exhaust system. It has approximately 9000 miles on it and a little over a year old. I posted a link to magnaflows website as well. Asking 350$ OBO + Shipping (I will take off another 100$ if the buyer ships me the OEM tips from the bumper.)

nope it sure doesn't..if you align them correctly

i put mine on and drove it for a week, before i noticed a slight melt on one edge. the melted plastic just broke off, and still looks like new.
when i noticed it i just loosened the exhaust clamp on that side and twisted on the muffler to make it sit more level, and the exhausts line up perfect now..no melt issues.

Im guessing shipping is going to run around 100 or so. With that being said... Im now askin $300.00 shipped. Thats about 150.00 for a $500 exhaust.

Very little... which is why the magnaflow system isn't very popular. That and the alignment/bumper melting issue...

This is a great price though. If I wasn't so tempted by the upcoming corksport system (initial clips sound great and pics look hot), I'd snatch this up in a heartbeat.

You guys are killing me. I need to lose this thing before I move back home. $250.00 Shipped plus you send me the fake oem tips.

Your sayin $250 totall!?! Like minus the $100 for shipping so more like $150 for the exhaust?? Damn dude... nothing wrong with any of it?? This may be a dumb question but does an exhaust go bad? I know they rust over time.. usually a long time so this should be good right??

Dude u r crazy! Lol! I just called mazda on them crome insert things... I see why u r practically giving away the exhaust for the tips! That s*** is $277 a piece! Atleast thats what he just told me!

Thats because they dont sell the tips seperate, you pay for that whole assembly instead of just the tips. I just wanted the tips, one guy on here is selling one of his for $40 but I need both or else it will look the same as it does now with just one pipe coming out. Im letting it go because I need to get rid of it before I drive back home, and as far as I know the magnaflow exhaust systems are guaranteed not to rust out, just like the CP-E's are guaranteed for the life of the vehicle due to the type of steel they use. As of right now it should be sold to another member I am just trying to work out all the shipping issues, if it falls through for some reason or another I will keep it updated.

Well, keep me in mind just in case... I really want it but im kinda hesitant about the tips... But with the magnaflow u dont put them anyways right??

No, you have to take them off. That's why I am wondering where he put his...

Well you know my retarded a$$ doesnt like to keep things I dont need, and usually once you get an exhaust you dont plan on going back to stock, not to mention I live in an apartment up here temporarily so I have no storage space. I decided to tell the exhaust shop to dispose of it for me....And then since mazda wants to be retarded and not just sell the actual tips I am going to see if I can get something fabricated or find another solution.

So you got no money out of the exhaust..... Thats probably not very smart. But ok... Take care!

its two small chrome pieces, they could perfectly be under your bed, in your closet or even in your trunk...tons of places you can put them. I dont get it.

You could use aluminum foil...nobody will notice.

Haha.... i can make them here at work probably! $250 exhaust sounds good!

What do you mean thats probably not very smart. I got a years use out of it and decided it was time to upgrade. If I only get $25 out of it thats better than nothing. And unfortunately most people get the best deals from military people because of their need to get rid of things quickly. Alot of people get great deals on cars when buying from military that are deploying overseas. In my case I just simply dont have the room to take it home in my car nor do I feel the need to pay to ship it to MY house and let it sit some more.

The tips didnt even cross my mind when he asked me what I wanted to do with the stock exhaust. I didnt really want to fiddle with the whole thing so I just told him to dispose of it without considering the tips.
