This is my replacement - installed Sept 07 under warranty
I drove with it for 10k-11k miles total before removing from the car
I haven't seen ANY SMOKE with this one for the entire time it was on the car (including some catless DP/RP time)
I can't make any guarantees about the seals, but they have been good so far.
