The reception is very good in the car unless you are driving through the mountains (like the rockies where I had some trouble) and heavy forest areas (like the Northwest and Northeastern parts of the US). The home reception is very good, just need to get the antenna ($25 foot range) to a south or west window.

The MyFi includes all the accessories for the car and home. The only thing it is missing is the headset to use like a walkman. Also this MyFi has a new battery (the old one was recalled 1 month ago).

Yes, I love it when I had a full system. In my new car, I didn't have a need for it.
No, I don't have my P5 anymore I miss it from time to time. It was a great car.
