FS-DE Head Bolt Torque Specs

I don't have a haynes manual around and need the ACTUAL torque specs for the head bolts on the FS-DE and what order I should torque them in.

Also, there are two 8mm star plugs in the center of the head. I removed them and they are just little plugs that cover holes. What is the point of these? Should I torque these down to the head bolt specs? They were pretty tight to begin with.

An online friend of mine just helped me find them from his Haynes manual.

CustomMadeCarz: step 1, 13-16ft-lbs
CustomMadeCarz: step 2, tighten an additional 90 degrees
CustomMadeCarz: step 3, tighten an additional 90 degrees
CustomMadeCarz: 10 6 2 3 7 9 5 1 4 8
CustomMadeCarz: thats tighten sequence
