It is for the speed 6. All the mazdaspeed CAIs were recalled due to a design flaw. Same with AEM. Basically there is turbulance inside the pipe where the MAF sensor is and that causes the MAF reading to be off. CPE put their MAF location right at the inlet before any bends, so they don't have that problem.

I'm at work and don't know the exact weight, but UPS ground shipping comes back at $19.74 USD, estimating 25 lbs (probably a high estimate, so it'll probably be less). I'll cover the cost of packaging (box and foam) if I can't find a box around the house. Everything is included. I might be able to even find the installation instructions for you.
