Brand New never out of box. Link to same ram on newegg:

http://www.google.com/products?q=kvr800D2n5/2g&rls=com.microsoft:en-us&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&um=1

Selling for $50 shipped. Good way to give aging system a little boost. Will accept check or money order since I don't have paypal and no one on here would steal from a fellow forum member right? :)

Once again ram is brand new and never opened.

how do you know if the ram would work in your computer?

You have to know what kind of ram is compatible with your motherboard. This is 240 pin RAM. DDR2 ram. Heres a link that will give you some quick info but pretty much just look at your motherboard manual to find out.

What kind of PC do you have?

Chances are this ram would work fine in all but the oldest of computers but you want to be sure.

2 gigs for $50 bump! Brand new.

This is set to run at DDR2-800/PC2-6400.. So. Habeansha, make sure your motherboard is set to run memory at this speed. If it is set to a lower speed it will still work but you will not get the full speed of the memory and that would be pointless to spend money on something you cant get the full potential out of. If your mother board is set to a higher speed it will still work and get the most of the memory. Just make sure your numbers match up and your all set.

bump for a cheap price... really cant beat that price.

i would either put it in my old compaq which i am now thinking probably wont work
from that link it looks like i have SDRAM 168-pin in it

my other choice would be my parents dell, its probably like 2 years old

Won't work in the old Compaq. Would probably work great in the 2 year old dell. Just check the motherboard or look online. Ram is great for multitasking, gaming, etc. Some people have 4 gigs but unless you do heavy video editing and 3d modeling, 2 gigs should see you through whatever you need. It will make certain applications faster and give you better overall performance. But PC upkeep is essential to a smooth running machine.

I might take this. Give me a little time to tear my comp apart and check to make sure it'll work.

My comps too old so it doesn't match. Still up for grabs guys. It's a great deal so someone take it.

wow, ok my computer comes in wed, evening, I dunno what PIN it is. It's a custom built one so I dunno what MB it comes with. I'll get back to ya if no one wants it by then

just let me know. I'm surprised no one has bought it already. I'm practically giving it away and I'm paying for shipping in the US.
