whats up guys the time has come for me to sell my car, i never drive it, and the poor thing just sits at my parents house, whats the reason for me not driving it, and selling it you ask????? well its simple my brother and i just started a full time landscaping business, and both own trucks which we daily drive. i dont have any time for the car, and need to buy more equipment.
so with that said im selling my 1999 mazda protege lx with a custom turbo kit. ill just get right to the mods, and try and explain the car as best i can.
list of parts/current mods:
~wagner manifold
~wagner downpipe
~t-25 turbo from an eclipse
~intercooler from an early gen toyota supra
~full 2.5 inch turbo back exhaust (no cats) to an n1 style muffler
~aeromotive rising rate adjustable fmu
~intercooler piping is 2 inch (car has absolutely no lag what so ever)
~HKS SSQV bov
~turbo xs manual boost controller
~mazdaspeed front strutbar
~greddy turbo timer
~megan short shifter with a mazdaspeed knob, and leather shift boot from shawn darby
~all auto meter gauges,boost,oil pressure,a/f (not wideband) and water temp
~it has single din pod under the radio with the a/f and the oil pressure
~also has a piller pod with the boost, and water temp (water temp is dissconnected)
~also has an autometer shiftlight on the steering wheel bezel (used it for auto-x)
~has megan lowering springs about 2 inch drop maybe alittle less.
~rims are from a 2002 miata they are 16 inch with newer tires on them, cant remember the brand at this time.
~ brand new ACT 6 puk clutch less then 100 miles on it.
i cant really remember anything else at this time, but when i do i will update the thread.
the bad-
i noticed that i didnt add anything about the small s*** wrong with the car so ill throw it in being that its a 99 it deos have some stupid s*** wrong with it.
~the drives fender has a dent in it, my dad backed into it with his truck, but i bought a new fendor, thats in a box ready for paint, so it comes with the new fender.
~ the car has a small oil leak on the oil return line that goes into the oil pan, i never botherd to fix it because it wasnt too bad.
~the drivers side seatbelt broke it locked up one day, and never unlocked but i have a friend who was going to sell me one, so if you want i, i can get it for you.
~the drivers side window has a scratch in the tint, i believe my mechanic did this when i had it in the shop for a new starter, its cheap to have someone tint one window so i didnt make a deal outa it.
aside from that i cant tihnk of anything else wrong with the car, besides the usualt small wear and tear that all 7 year old cars have, small dings, and some small scratches, nothing major.
