Just purchased a 2012 Mazda CX-7 Grand touring FWD with 106K miles. Struts were shot so installed KYB strut plus on front and they are really stiff and driver's side making noise over bumps. I did have it aligned afterwards and rechecked that all was torqued properly. Kind of at a loss except to return the struts to Rockauto. Any recommendations for replacements? I do still have the original springs, however don't have a spring compressor tool.
