My 2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege has been down for almost 2 months because of this braking issues. I've replaced the calipers, rotors, pads and I'm on my 2nd used ABS module. Just ordered steel braided lines because I've been told the rubber ones can collapse in on themselves but the shop working on it still thinks its the ABS module if anyone has ever experienced weird problem like this before all help would be great.

Front brakes lock up randomly (replaced calipers already)

If you unplug one of the wheel sensors it should disable abs and cause light to show on dash.
If it drives normally in that state and brakes are not "locking up randomly" then you at least know its most likely something with the abs and not caliper/brake line stuff.
