I have received the following:
1x Orange Mazdaspeed Cap (More of a burnt orange than spicy orange, though. Got it for free from the parts guy. Apparently they're hard to get or so he said.
)
2x Mazda "Car Care" Package (Cans of aerosol glass cleaner, fabric cleaner & something else. The fabric cleaner works beaufitully, and I'm afraid to use anything else.)
2x Blue LED Lights.
2x Touch-Up Paints
6x White "Zoom-Zoom" Stickers (Parts guy gave them to me also.)
My mom also got a Protege LX the same day I got the MSP, which is why I received multiples of everything 'cept the cap.

I got the little LED light its in my keychain.
They send me the oil change notices and a coupon for a discount price and free tire rotation.
I had to pay for my touch up paint. The dealer was going to charge me a buck more until I showed them the paper from MAZDA that has the price.
I'll quit now before I get started on the only MAZDA dealership in my area.

I bought my P5 less then two weeks ago and I have gotten two letters from the sales rep and a phone call quality survey. They sales rep did give me a discount card to use a the dealership (20% of on service and 10% off on parts). However, I had to pay $5 for an extra key (rip). The Honda dealership I used to go to made me free keys and gave me free touch up paint.

yeah i got the keychain led ..and a coupon for 250$ off my next purchase of a new mazda witch actually is goin to come in handy seeing that mine got totalled..i got the coupon for attnding the rev it up competition
A month or so after I bought my P5, Mazda sent me a little care package which included the blue LED keychain light, a Protege5 flip book with semi-detailed specs, and a customer satisfaction survey. I may have gotten a few coupons, but that package has been slowly spreading across my bedroom for about 8 months now... even if I could remember what I got, god only knows where it is.
Oh and the LED keychain light was really cool while I had it... but sometime a few months ago the stupid thing just disappeared off my key ring. :wtf: Maybe they'll just give me another one when I go demand a bottle of touchup paint and a couple of Zoom-Zoom stickers.

The only thing I got was a killer deal on my car, and I felt very special. But now with the 3 coming out in a few months it looks like everyone is getting a great deal. Oh well, I love my car! thats what counts.
