Frame Rust

So I was replacing my rear caliper yesterday when I saw this on my 02 P5.

that is the back end of the frame where the rear subframe ties in. Should I just stop caring and drive it till it can't drive anymore or you think it can be repaired for a reasonable price?

Get it undercoated to stop the progression of rust while you think about it.

POR-15 and eastwood internal frame coat through that plastic button.

That rust looks like it might be salvageable by someone who knew what they were doing. I'd be checking other parts of the body as well.
