Anyone know what these plugs are telling me? Doesn't the plug on the top look absolutely ragged? That's after 500 carefree miles with no misfiring or anything.. just totally normal driving. The bottom plug of course is a brand new one.. the 5 heat range though.

Noticing all the crap on the threads, I did my best to get down in there and clean out.. anyone have tips on cleaning in there? My method of a rag wrapped around a 12" extension on my ratchet and just pushing it down there sorta seemed to work but there must be a better way. Do they sell like a large pipe cleaner that does that sort of thing?

It's the ZFR6F-11 if you want the 6 heat range one. But yeah, they'll know what you are saying. At Advance Auto Parts they have to do a part number cross reference to look up their part number equivalent (in order to find it in the back).MP3 Games said:So can I just go to Auto Zone and ask for the 6 heat range long reach ZFR5F-11 for my MP3 and they will know what I am saying? MP3 Games said:Well I did it this weekend. I got the ZFR6F-11 for my MP3 and they were gaped at .044. Well I am super happy with the outcome so far. Very smooth idle. Now what was way better was first and second gear pull. I used to have a studder almost like a bad motor mount and that was gone. Also I had so pinging in first gear around 6000 rpm and now thats gone as well.I will see how my gas is after my next fill up and computer readjust. I also did the upgrade to my factory ground wires.
As you can see by my post it was done in Oct. and so far it has been fine. No ping sounds in any RPM range and my I am getting great MPG. It was a great upgrade for me.Tzar177 said:How did the 6 heat range do for you in ur MP3?
