any ideas what this goes to, fogs still work

Where exactly is that? The second pic looks vaguely like the bottom left of the radiator but it's really hard to tell without any reference.

its the bottom half of the radiator as you said. behind the driver said fog light, but its not the fog light wiring the fogs still work

Did you buy the car used? If so, maybe the previous owner tried to wire up some driving lights.

check the wires going to your ambient temp sensor, mounted middle inside of front bumper. Looks to be the right location, should have 2 wire harnesses(one now lol).

yeah i bought the car used. 09 18k miles.

ill check it but reading through my manual my trim doesnt display those temps, the car still has the sensor tho weird

No other "stock" wiring would make it there, maybe it was a previous owner add. I'd try to trace it back to the it's source, either it's tapped into another circuit(mod) or it makes it's way into an ecu wiring harness(stock).

replied(eekdance) I have a sport hb too, I would bet that cable originally went to the temp sensor, but got ripped. Very easy to do if you're taking your bumper off the cables dangle. If you forget to reattach them to the brackets(pita) they can hang down.
