Seriously, this is nuts. I can't give this car away apparently. I can't go any lower than this, nor would I be happy to do so. Hands down the best deal on the forum right now.

I had some little s***-head offer me $4,000 for it the other day. If I could b**** slap people over the phone....I would have.

can't beleive this car is still for sale. if it had met my the requirements for my loan i woulda snatched this for myself weeks ago.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the issue is. The economy isn't that bad.... Everyone is still buying pointless s*** at Wal-Mart.... Maybe better luck if it was closer to stock.

The MSP is quickly falling under that "enthusiast only" category. Unless you are a Mazda fan, then chances are you aren't going to buy one. I would for sure, but the average person looking for a sharp looking fast import will easily pass on a MSP when there are much faster imports out there in the $7K-$8K range

I'm curious as to what new-ish imports can be had for 7-8k that have ~240whp ? But you're right, it is a enthusiast car, and it's too bad because these cars have a bad reputation. I had two people come look so far, and they both wanted to take it to a dealer to be inspected.... NO DICE. The dealer would just tell them not to buy it because : EMS, No Cat, Aftermarket injectors, blah blah. That's why going back to stock may be a option for me. I'm sick of modding cars, then having no chance of selling them after. PITA. Like Danny Glover says " I'm getting too old for this s***".

cannot blame the dealer man,.,.,.
did u try putting in craiglist?.,,

The dealer could at least say "It's modified, but things seem to be done right, and look fine." But then they wouldn't have an opportunity to make $. I hear you though.

FYI: The price I post, is the price i'm firm on. I understand people always dicker, but lets stay classy and leave an already stupid cheap price alone.

Blue Book Value w/ 90,000 mi : $6,515

Blue Book Value w/ 40,000 mi : $8,090

The forged rebuild has a bit under 40k on it. Therefore I priced it in between the two mileages because the chassis has 90k, and the motor around 40k. Basically asking nothing for the $10,000 in mods there are.....I appreciate the offers people have proposed, but I just want to be clear that the price I post is firm, and it has been lowered a significant amount several times. Thanks for looking.

Wish I could sell my car quicker I would pick this thing up in a heart beat I wonder if its possible to take over payments if u still owed a significant amount on it

I'm asking what I owe on the loan. That's why my price gets $240 cheaper every month or so. I just need the car gone so I can have more $$ for night school. The monthly payment is $241.00 I think.

just reminded me - theres a kid at hess whos looking at wolfsburg jettas and such - looking for a nice ride to mod. i told him about yours, he seemed interested enough to take a look at it and maybe a drive.

around 6'0" white kid, almost shoulder length blonde hair, no glasses, maybe 220lb.
