The H-beam rods will be good for roughly 400-450HP.Now their are many many other 4 bangers running H-beams making 600whp and not having issues.Personally if feel if you are looking to make that power you need the best(Oliver).

that would be perfect! id like to get components that are about double my needs. sign me up!

Holy crap, install... You sound like you're going to piss yourself. =) Hey, Beau..? What are the chances of lightly modified rods for N/A setups, such as shot peened/lightened/balanced crank/rod assembly, maybe even with some lightweight, forged aluminum slugs? Realistically, the FS revving to a 7500 rpm redline shouldn't be too amazing of a feat; Over in Japan, the FS-ZE sees 7000 with internals of the same ire as our FS-DE's in the states, only with different cams, but the same valve springs and internal bits.

But I digress; Lighter 10-11:1 pistons! That's what I want. =) And a balanced crank... And... Hmm... Am I going around in circles now..?

ok, back off topic to the monster beau is building. Is there any way to convince beau to swap an auto tranny into the pro with like a complete lentech "massaged" tranny? that would be nice to compare and see how much faster times it would get
