forge bpv sprnig and shim placement

now i was messing around with my BPV and i read somewhere try doing shim spring shim with this cause any issues i did one run on it and changed the the pinging sound the forge is famous for to a more of a whooshing pulled out the spring and shims and the top shim had no metal flakes of any sort.

If you put a shim on top of the spring, it will block the relief port in the top.
