Ford and Mazda, need backup

Hi guys...

I'm trying to get infos on Ford and Mazda ( because i'm fighting on another forum)

Does Ford own 100% of mazda?!

I saw somewhere in this forum (i tried to search for it, but couldnt find it) that ford own 34-35% of mazda?

Right? wrong? can someone please give me the right info...and if possible, a link to an official page about it.

Ford owns one third (33%) of Mazda. According to Japanese law, this makes Ford the controlling shareholder.

They own around 35% of Mazda and are the controling share holder so they get to make the decisions.
