For Sale issues with yellow pro5 (anyone affected please post in here!)

Hey guys, I sent Yellow Pro5 a check for lover $200 for sonme parts for my P5over 2 months ago, and i still have not got the parts, and he keeps giving me excusues after excuses?

Any of you guys have any problems with this guy?? his name is Zach?

I asked him if he had a paypal account and he told me no, so i sent him a business check, come to find out I know he just purchased some parts of a few members with his paypal account?

I trusted him and now im getting screwed?

every now and then he responds and he assured me that my parts were going out today and that i would have tracking #'s pm'd to me but I got nothing?

any and all help would be appreciated. I am going to go to my bank this week and see if i can recover my funds, and then i am going to try and see what other options i have criminally.

I hate when you put your trust in someone, and they just take your money.

I have been a member on many forums and have never had a problem, this is a first.

That's what I was going to mention.. UPS and USPS can pick up packages. You can also make a note on the USPS pickup request page as to where you put them so they know where the packages are for pickup (in a car, on back porch, etc.) so that shouldn't hinder you from shipping out a package.
 
Its not really that someone doesn't have the time, they just arn't making/taking the time to do this.

Like previously posted, if you got time to post up and take someones money, you have time to pack and ship with in a week or two, not a month or two.

(notcool)-that's ridiculous. This seller should not have a place on here. Good luck recovering your money.
 
well he just got back to me and has assured me he shipped the stuff, he told me he just got home really late and was unable to pm me the tracking #'s, he said I will have them when he gets off work tonight.

But again he has assured me the packages are on there way.

Again i wil lkeep you guys posted, Iwil lkeep this thread alive until I recieve me parts. thanx!
 
LOL wow, poor customer service. Emails don't take but 2 - 3 minutes if you type as slow as a turtle walks....even then, some turtles are pretty quick rofl
 
I would tell him to take a photo of the receipt showing he has shipped it out.. along with the tracking number. Funny he finally got around to doing it when you finally broke the silence on here yet he didn't have the chance to ship it out for the last two months.
 
He couldn't e-mail you tracking numbers last night, or if not this morning when he woke up? Ya, since that takes sooo much time...
 
Well what more can can we input? The guy hasn't received proper updates and notifications and he contacted the seller what I thought to be more than enough times from the customer's stand point for information that should have been provided within 24hrs. I've worked customer service for over 10 yrs and have been a Shipper / Driver for 4 1/2 yrs and part of my mandatory duties is to either:

A) update status notes and information in regards to tracking info and shipping method within 24hrs from point of shipping into database.

B) If unable to update in the database, follow through with email to customer / end user with above information, then proceed to upate the database.

C) Provide ease of access to customers to be able to check status updates with pin code / password / confirmation number with an online source, as well, proceed with A & B.
 
If this guy cant get his stuff together....LEt me know.
This timeframe is RIDICULOUS and I am a pretty busy guy and I still mangage to get things shipped out reasonable every week.....Even if I work 65-70 hours.

I am also local, if he cant seem to get it out....Maybe I can pick it up and ship it for the OP.

Let me know if I can help in any way, as we dont allow scammers here and I really wont let it happen in my town. I know far too many people here and I am sure the kitted P5 wont be hard to spot.

I am hoping he will PM tracking #'s tonight, i wil lgive him until tomorrow morning, but again he assured me the packages went out. We wil lsee what happens.
 
wow, i had an experience like this too, not fun...at all...

Thanx, I am really hoping to get the tracking #'s tomorrow in my PM box, but he keeps assuring me he shipped all my parts out.

I still am not really confident, but i am hoping for the best.

you guys have been great! I love forums with this much support. I am pretty new to my p5 but I love it, and cant wait to start driving it once I get my parts.

I have been a long time member of 2 large bmw forums, as I am a E36 M3 junky, my P5 is going to be my daily driver, going to keep the exterior all stock except for some wheels and a few suspension mods.
 
Wow This sucks donkey balls. I'd be pissed off, if it took longer than a week. Two months is just Plain ridiculous. There's no complete reason why it's taking this long.

As a store Vendor, there's a lot of responsibilities we have as well as other vendors, but excuses are like A**holes "Everybody has one"! Making customers happy and resolving any issues is always the most important thing when it comes to business and reputation. Any mod for this forum, this should have been resolved and the seller should be banned from this forum period.

Not that I'm a bad Store Vendor, but this reputation here makes most vendors look bad. Even though the seller isn't a certified vendor for this forum or a Vendor period.

I can't stand people like this. I feel sorry for you (q7suited)!

And I live in the same city as him.....I already said I would pick up and ship the parts for him if his time is soo limited. I think I have seen the car and know where he works as well....But I would have to do some investigating on it. SOmeone I know has to know him....LMK if you want me to begin the "investigating"

And I am a LONGTIME member....I think I am reliable.
