No s***...we just got our property tax statement for our condo. It used to be that N.H. had higher property taxes. I think things have changed because the taxes for our condo in Millis, MA are pretty damn close to what my wife's parents pay for their house in Londonderry, NH. We owe like an additional $700 on top of what goes into Escrow from our mortgage payments.

$1800/year? Do you have speeding tickets or accidents on your record? That is an outrageous price for having a good record even for someone in MA...well unless you drive a $60K brand new sports car. I think my yearly rate was only like $1200 when I first got my P5.

terbow, do you have a garage? your car can be washed, clayed & waxed indoors, dripping no more than a pint of water. or if you have a low-wind day with above freezing temps, you can do it outside too. I can help you out, LMK. (Alternatively, I have a garage, if you want to come over here, I have all my detailing stuff in it).
