Hello everyone. New to the forum here... hope I'm putting this in the right category.

I recently got an 07 speed3. Mica black. Just got Enkei EV5's on it wheels on it. I'll post a pic as soon as I get some up.

Anyway I've seen a few pictures up here where people fog their Mazda emblem. I was wondering how thats best done? Also I think the next thing I need to get done is ditch its current horn. Anyone got any suggestions for that?

Thanks,

Max

nice wheel choice.

Fog? I think you mean "smoke"

VHT Night shade paint. Or, I think Street Unit sells the blacked out emblems.

I love my hella supertones, will peel skin off small animals at 20 feet. There are other options if you don't need loud lol.

smoked emblem/hella supertones

Ya thats what I meant, I knew fogged wasn't right but wasn't sure what the word was. Guess I'll have to decide between buying them and getting the paint. I suppose I was planning to smoke my rear lights to some degree, maybe i'll kill two birds getting the paint.

I listened to some hella supertones on youtube, not sure how I feel about those. Its hard to tell on youtube, but i'm definitely not opposed to loud horns, 118 dB sounds good to me :p Is this right:

They sound a little tinny in the video, it's picking up the higher pitch I think, sounds more even with the lower tones in real life. Thanks for the compliment, she's been a high maintenance b over the past year, but I still luv her :)

Ya I could see that. You have the hella's mounted behind your grill it looks like? How easy were the brackets to get in there?

Also did you use the included relay with the Hellas? I heard someone saying you could go without them.

Do they? I didn't think Hellas would be a stock part for an STI, but I've never looked...
