I just got my MP3 a couple weeks ago and just noticed that both fog lights have little pit holes in them. I went to the dealership and was quoted around 160 for them. Does anyone know where i can get these any cheaper???

Post up a WTB thread, and what do you mean by pit holes?

I am currently holding a set for a friend of mine for atleast one more week but if not I can let them go for $90 shipped. But who knows, im sure theres a few people out there with a set.

The holes look like tiny rocks or pebbles went through the glass, the holes are really small, but i cant tell that crap is getting into the light

I have the same thing with my fog lights. 1 tiny hole in the middle of the right fog light, I haven't bothered with it since the light still works.(second)

I just replaced my pass fog lamp. dealer here wanted $180. I got it off rockauto for $90. new, came with bulb, lens, housing and mounting bracket.

Use clear silicone to keep water out until getting new ones and/or until rockblockers get there. I got a set off the FS section that are unchipped for good price & got the rockblockers to go on them but both of the chipped ones on the car are still working & are waterproof so I'll get to replacing the chipped ones at some point....probably not until the others aren't working.

Since we are talking about it... I used to have bluebat overlays on my fogs and I had aftermarket bulbs. The bulbs caused to much heat and thus actually BURNED the bluebat overlays. Would rockblocker be similar or does it have more resistance then the blue bat?
