Fog lights with out head lights being on?

What's the point of this? Reminds me of those F'in Audi Mofos drivin around with their fancy LED headlight BS. Look at me and my awesome (pointless) LED headlights. Aren't I cool? haha

So yeah... I'll have to do this tomorrow. Looks pretty easy.
