fog lighth

i got new h-3 plazma super white but when i put them on the light stilldoesn;t look white like the driving light. i notice there is a cover on the inside on to of the bulb if a take that off will that fix it.

i noticed that on mien when i changed my bulbs. but what i think the reason it doesnt look as bright is because of the glass (lens) the texture of it dulls the light out. i even changed my bubls 2x finally i decided to get piaas and well now my friends say my fogs r too bright.
