My passenger side fog light appeared to go out. So I turned both fog lights off as a temporary solution. About a year later (have been busy) I go to replace the bad bulb. What I find is that the replacement did not work and that the original bulb's filament was fine.
I took out a multimeter and compared the wiring harness from the driver side to the passenger side and both read 12v. I then plugged the light bulb back into the passenger side harness and it worked fine. I did nothing to make it work however it did all of the sudden.
Now a few days later the light has turned off again. I am guessing this is a problem with the wiring harness. There is not much slack on that harness so I wanted to ask if anyone knows of an issue with this before I pull it out and start messing with it.
Thanks,
Warren
